By using our services and website you agree to the following:

1. Quotations are given by us on the basis that no contract comes into existence.
2. Acceptance of a quotation by a prospective customer constitutes an offer by them to purchase the services specified in the quotation
3. 10% of service price required as deposit on acceptance of quotation
4. Payment to be made in full 20 days prior to start of travel – Non-reciept of balance payments within this timescale will result in cancellation of the order and the deposit will not be refunded
5. You may be supplied with a coach (or coaches) which are not from our own fleet, however these will be clearly labelled and provide the same comfort and conditions as prior arranged with one of our partnered approved suppliers
6. If the customer cancels the booking, deposits will not be refunded. Refunds will only apply to balance payments received before 20 days prior to travel, subject to at least 20 days cancellation notice – i.e. if a cancellation is made 21 days (or more) prior to travel then a refund of 90% will be provided subject to the balance payment being received.This does not apply to any out of pocket expense such as ferries, hotels etc
